In 1911, in a place called Nakhla in Egypt, a meteorite killed a dog.
So far, this is the only known "meteoric" victim to this day.

It was 40 or more years ago, but there was a woman who was injured when a meteorite crashed through her house. It did strike her in bed but she was not seriously injured.
