The world's first female ambassador was a Russian Communist revolutionary Alexandra Mikhailovna "Shura" Kollontai (1872-1952), which was, in 1923, appointed as Soviet Ambassador to Norway.

Alexandra Mikhailovna "Shura" Kollontai wanted children to be wards of the "State" and children to be raised by the "State" which is what we now have in the US. Both parents must work and children MUST attend compulsory school/indoctrination where no room is available for creativity, free thinking is frowned upon and called a distraction to a learning environment.Think about it...
